Eighteen riders have already be confirmed for next year MotoGP World Championship.

Amongst them we can find Franco Battaini, lined up alongside James Ellison within the Blata WCM team. The Italian takes the step up to the premier motorcycle racing category after eight seasons on the 250cc grid.

Also coming from the quarter-liter class is new Fortuna Yamaha Tech 3 recruit Toni Elias. They should be joined by former 250cc vice- champion Roberto Rolfo, expected to sign with the D'Antin team. The Spanish outfit has yet to announce his riders, as well as Aprilia and Proton Team KR.
